jeste ti posilam TMC modul ktery se o TMC stara (RT5)
vzhledem k tomju ze system RT5 je modulovy RTOS zalozeny na Power PC treba ho patchnes kdyz jsi delal ten dekoder TMC

The binary and data which manage TMC messages are embedded in the map itself and is not part of the RT3 firmware. It may vary depending on the map.
Some TMC broadcast are not free but subject to royalties. Depending on the map country and version, deal between PSA/MM and the broadcaster may be different.
It could explain why you receive TMC messages with one map and not with another one.
